I bought this about 2 months ago because I missed having one. Install took about 2 hours due to having to rework the plumbing as this was a new install. It is so much quieter than the one we had in our previous house. Grind everything I have put down there and doesn't have any issues I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. I was also able to snag it on sale so thats always a plus.

Easy installation as it used same collar as my old disposal. Average level of noise. No crank to loosen a clog...you have to stick a broom handle in it!
