i purchased this dryer november 2016 as new. i started hearing clanking noise a few months ago and finally noticed a big crack at the rear end of the drum when one of my shirt got caught in it.

idler pulley failed after just 3 years in a single person home. sounds like these fail frequently. $45-65 part. dryer has done a pretty decent job otherwise until now.

after only 2 years the moisture sensors quit working, and now, 3 years old, there is a hole in the dryer drum. not acceptable at all. they refuse to warranty this to fix it.

got laundry soap on lettering and the letter wiped off. samsung said it voided the warranty. will never buy another samsung product. inferior quality. hw does lettering wash off a machine.????
