This is a perfect dryer for someone that enjoys having a service technician visit every quarter. I have had 5 service calls in the 18 months of owning it.

This unit is being installed in a townhouse in NYC, hence small form factor is important. But despite its smaller than usual size, it has all the functions a typical household needs. It runs quiet and gets the job done.
