we thought by purchasing a samsung product due to samsung's valuable reputation. that has not been the case at all. purchasing this fridge has been nothing but disappointments. the freezer side appears to have no issue. the fridge side appears to not be cooling correctly or maintaining a temp. to keep the our food products from spoiling. we first noticed when a tub of butter had mold inside, along with many other food products-alfredo sauce cheese milk breakfast sausage sour cream yogurt we have had service repairs and almost every technician that has been out can not "diagnosis" an issue.

i purchase this fridge about 2 years ago and i am very disappointed with my purchase. the stainless steel finish started to peel after a year from purchase date.

after two years my similar model the condensor is dying. i clean the coils area out regularly for dust but that didnt help. waist of money
