This TV is a work of art...Frame inspires...Frame creates...Frame sets the mood for the room. With options to select famous works of art in museums across the globe to displaying your personal works of art. Use the sleek controller to then move seamlessly into broadcasting movies, concerts, and sporting events. The picture is museum quality and friends and family will enjoy sitting back relaxing or cheering on their favorite team! Hanging it was fairly simple and to create the no cords you will need to put a box in the wall to hold the components. Great addition to my space!

We loved this tv so much we replaced all the others in the house with frame TVs - and found that you can’t program the remotes to a specific tv. So turn one tv on and EVERY TV IN THE HOUSE TURNS ON. We have (sort of) dealt with that with the smarter things app, which allows you to control a specific tv, but it is TERRIBLY INCONVENIENT. We need an option to program the remotes to a specific tv!!

Absolutely love this tv. The features are amazing. The picture quality is amazing. And it looks fantastic on our wall. The only downside is after 12 days it suddenly wouldn’t turn on, and seems like something is wrong with the one connect box. The good thing is Samsung has sent someone out to fix and/or replace parts this week. Hopefully that fixes everything because we love this tv.

I could not be happier with this Frame TV. I love waking up in the morning and setting a piece of artwork to display for the day. The clarity on the tv is amazing and it’s so cool how it doubles as a painting when the tv is off!

Frame problems

Had a continuous problem using the HULU app. It kept freezing up requiring resetting the whole box. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but same problem kept occurring. Bought a Roku box and plugged in to the HDMI to get it to work. Kind of waste since it’s supposed to work though the Frame Hulu app. Also tried to get the art work by signing up but it would let me enter a PIN number. Couldn’t get by that step so don’t have any art which is why I bought the darn thing. When I went to enter PIN number keyboard wouldn’t come up. Picture is great but so are a lot of other TVs.
