Have had it for over 12 years and our singular complaint is the control knobs. over time they fail. I am a retired product designer, with an engineering background. The design of the knobs is too complex for what they are and the plastic piece that surrounds the metal shaft of the control fatigues and cracks over the years.The amount of torque, with normal use, generated at the shaft is minimal and the knobs should not fail as they do. The price of the replacement knobs is astronomical!

I brought this a month ago and Iâm so happy I did. I absolutely love this stainless steel cooktop so much I canât stop using it. By far one of the best investments Iâve made to update my home.

Burner Knobs damage

DON'T buyt this. This is a cheap quality product. My new home has the Electrolux stove and in 4 years 2 of the burner knobs damaged. I have never seen a cook top which has issues in just 4 years. I see the same issue with so many people in my community.
