New home New appliances disappointment you cannot see the display on the microwave have had repair person out changed the board multiple time- NO FIXNot what we were hoping to hear how about replace he entire unit with one that works, we don't do that ma'am. 3 yrs later guess we will need to go out of pocket and buy a different brand.

Button to open MIcro scratches no mater how clean your fingers are. Completely scratched after having a few months. Stainless steel poorly attached (with very visible ) to a plastic frame. Push bottom pad barely visible totally not worth 1000.00 plus microwave. Very sad

Unhappy wife = Unhappy life, right? My wife HATES our Electrolux kitchen "upgrade". 5 different units (fridge, D/W, M/W, cooktop, and oven) with 5 different finishes. The fridge is almost a mirror, the M/W and oven are satin, and the D/W is completely matte. We got blamed for using the wrong type of cleaner on them before we even took possession of the house from the builder, then it became "must be a lighting issue"... The main bezel is held on the front of the unit with "tabs" that are bent into place and completely visible. I highly recommend you go see this in person before dropping $1,000 for a M/W.

Great microwave but the absolute worst design ever for servicing. To replace a 40 Watt bulb you need to completely disassemble and remove more than 15 screws. Would not buy another one....

This microwave has so many standard useful features it makes meal prep soooooo fast and offers you great options. You can hit "baked potato" and the potato comes out fully cooked (never over done), with a crispy outer skin, perfect! You can steam raw or frozen veggies and they come out perfect every darn time! The sensor cooking is on point. I bought this for my last home remodel and am buying it again for my new house. Wouldn't go with anything else!
