I purchased my double oven on February 9th and had it installed. The oven has never worked due to a cooling fan error. In order to not void the warranty I have to wait for maintenance from a qualified service provider who just came YESTERDAY (almost a month later) to take an initial look. The error was confirmed and the part ordered BUT no one can come out until March 24th. I have been without an oven for 4 weeks and it will be almost 7 by the time this issue is hopefully repaired. I will never buy an Electrolux appliance again. I have to wait on hold for 30 plus minutes to talk to an Electrolux representative and all they can do is book an appointment with a service provider who is so backed up that they are booking appointments three weeks out. This has all been a terrible experience. I just want an oven so that I can cook again for my family. I had to purchase a small convection oven so that we can eat decent meals until the wall oven is fixed. Buyers beware.

I've never seen ovens like this before. They are great. They have different features including a fan that run to keep the ovens cool, and several baking options. It's also a pretty blue inside.. different but that's another reason I like it so much.
