This was what our builder gave us. The oven looks nice, but it cooks items very uneven. While baking over the holidays I discovered this. One side of the cookies burned on the bottom and the other side cooked well.

This oven is burning everything. Temperature fluctuates up and down. Tried to calibrate or offset the controls. Awful. Called for service technician, waiting over a month for help.
