I purchased this range as part of a matching set. The cooktop itself is just OK. The controls are not intuitive and the touch-screen gets really dirty. This was one of only a few slide in ranges that still needed a piece of the countertop behind it. Also there is a gap between the range and the countertop that could not be adjusted out. My home is brand new.On the upside, the oven cooks really well and the convection is great.

I love almost everything about this oven. My only problem has been the racks inside are so close together, if you have a tall dish you can only use the bottom rack for it since the top one doesnât come out (nice sliding rack).We did have a problem with the height of the oven and our countertop but thatâs more a house issue than the oven issue. It would be nice if Electrolux made an accessory to help hide this gap. It seems to be a common issue

The Pros: The unit looks great. It is one of the very few that you will find with trim along both sides and the back that allows it to sit over the edge of your countertop. Gives a nice finished look. Has some pretty cool features for cooking.The Cons: We had to have the first unit replaced due to poor quality workmanship. The ceramic inside the oven was chipped and the trim (mentioned above) was warped, thus it would not sit flat on the countertop. The unit is a pain to clean without scratching. Even after five months of use the knobs get sticky and do not adjust the flame easily. Lastly, the workmanship on this unit still has some issues. Overall Electrolux: Just not worth the money. These have the price tag of medium to higher end appliances, but do not come through as expected. We also purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave/oven wall unit. The microwave/oven unit has also been completely replaced due to faulty controls (which took nearly a month by the time the manufacturer accepted that it could not be repaired). As I type this, the oven half of the unit is currently non-operational and we are waiting on a service call (earliest appointment was six days away). 4 units for $10K+...again, not worth it.
