This model was supplied to me (free!) by my home warranty company. It replaced a 2005 model from another manufacturer that hadn't stopped leaking since I moved in. I thought I might dislike having the controls -- all digital -- on the top edge of the door, rather than the front. I was also worried that kids (or grownups) might randomly pull the door open without a manual latch. Neither has been an issue, and performance-wise, the Dishwasher with SoilSense Cycle beats my mom's new high-end German model easily. I wish the dishwasher left things just a little bit dryer, but a quick dab with a dish towel or a few hours sitting open leaves everything fully dried and sparking clean. This is the best dishwasher I've ever used, and I'm glad we got it.

We bought our dishwasher in February of 2017, and had it installed in March. It has worked great, but like many of the other reviews I'm reading here ans off this site, our motor has quit. The dishwasher fills with water, then nothing happens. If it's going to cost $300 or more to get it fixed, it's not worth it. We're trying to find our receipt to see if we purchased the extended warranty, but I don't think we did. $400 "down the drain".... From everything I'm reading, (wish I'd checked first) DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT....

We are first owners of this dishwasher and it has only been used for a year and a half. I found that it cleaned well and that on most cycle setting the dishes came out dry. The dishwasher has nice visual appeal and worked for us. But none of that really matters when the motor broke on it after only a year and a half of use... Manufacturer warranty is 1 year and we were quoted a grand total of $420 to have the motor fixed... ridiculous since we got it for about $500. I would not purchase without some sort of additional warranty and not sure that I would re purchase for fear of the same thing happening again and so quickly... Also the service people that were recommended when I called to check if it was under warranty were awful to deal with and I am extremely dissatisfied with this whole experience.
