Great Picture, Poor Wireless

i like most things about the tv, from the picture to the sound to the features available in the menu. the one thing which really hurts the experience is the wireless capability - ever since i setup the tv, it doesn't connect to the wireless network until about 2 minutes after turning it on. spent hours troubleshooting and also talked multiple times with samsung support, to no avail. service call setup now to swap out wireless module and power supply... ugh. plenty of other consumers online who have had the same wireless issue as well; seems almost like it is endemic across the product line! other than that, it has been a good tv for the value.

Description showed this would fit our needs (very basic). Screws to attach this unit to existing bracket were not included and were very specific to this unit. The sound is very low also. Need to attach to an external sound bar for decent volume.

you really get what you pay for, buying a samsung tv i assumed i'd be getting quality even at the lower price point, boy was i wrong!!! apps crash all the time and when they are working 70% of the time i get digital artifacts and frames freezing for example when watching youtube videos in the app, it gets so bad that within 5 minutes it's unwatchable and have to reboot the tv. this doesn't come with the one remote like previous samsung tvs i've owned from years ago but uses an old janky remote with a thousand buttons. completely regret this purchase!

i didn't have any of the bad experiences other reviewers have had. set up and use worked great right out of the box. picture and colors were a huge improvement over my last 10yr old flat screen. i do wish it had two more hdmi ports.

Terrible. The TV is four months old and: The remote sticks making it hard to switch channels. the TV regularly hangs up, requiring restarts. The apps load very slowly. There's a lag between the video and voice. My other TVs work great and this one is a lemon. Yes, I got a good price but I'm ready to throw it out and never by a Samwung again.
