Panel failed after a few months. Took 4 months to get a replacement. Good when it worked but very frustrated.

I hold Samsung to higher standards but unfortunately they have failed me. For the price we have paid for this TV, I expect nothing but crips picture. We bought the TV in December 2017, now we are experiencing light bleed from both bottom corners of the TV and burned pixel in the top right corner. Customer service have been a big pain in the neck. The rep claimed that the issue is ok and I shouldn't complain since the 'test picture' they provide mask those problems and refused to acknowledge my problem until I asked to speak with a manager. I'm still in the process of getting the TV hopefully!!!! serviced under warranty... I will update my review accordingly as we proceed

I just received this TV, and it simply DOES NOT WORK 1. I get a message saying "No One Connect Mini detected". TV is useless without it, even if not connecting external sources 2. TV reboots randomly, without even touching any of the controls 3. The few times a menu has appeared on screen, I saw areas that look gray, where pure black should be seen 4. Support service is bad - No connection to the purchase information - Time to ship a small replacement is 5 times longer than for a TV purchase - Problems with serial numbers - Website to upload documents is very limited (file size and file name) I was very excited about getting my first Samsung TV, but it looks like it will be the last one

I do no like the auto dimming feature. I had to get help from tech support to disable, they were great! We love the TV. Very satisfied.

This tv is awesome! The blacks are deep and dark and the colors are bright and vibrant. I saw low reviews about the one connect box but I think it is nice having a box that is easy to access to plug in the hdmi cables. Color wasn't great right out of the box but once I played with the color settings a little it came out terrific. If you are on the fence about this tv, don't be it's great...
