I had this TV 2 years and 3 months. (3 months after warranty ran out). It started to turn off and on by itself. I contacted Samsung and they were going to accommodate me and get it repaired. When the repairman showed up, he claimed it couldn’t be repaired because the plastic screen was cracked. How does a TV screen get cracked when it’s mounted on a wall? None the less, there was no repair and I was stuck. When you pay the price I paid, I feel that you should get at least 4 to 5 years out of a unit, not 2 years and 3 months. No more Samsung products for me.

I purchased this TV 17 months ago and it's already broken. The screen went completely black and the standby light went off. My warranty has expired which I can deal with since I have an extended warranty to with my credit card company but trying to get help for the service center has been almost impossible. I would never buy a Samsung TV again.

I've had the TV for a few weeks now, and it's perfect. I already have a NU8000 55" for the living room, so I already knew this would be a perfect replacement for our aged TV in the bedroom. The One Connect box is nice to have (as the TV is wall mounted and eliminates the need to run HDMI cables behind the wall), though I wish the power source came from the one connect box. Great picture, deep blacks. Looks fantastic on the wall.

I purchased this tv in May of 2018 , and it is already broken . It comes on to a black screen with sound . It then shuts on and off with sound , but still a black screen around 20 times before a picture will show . Then it plays fine until you turn it off for a period of time , when you turn it back on it repeats the same symptom . I have called the Samsung people . They had me do numerous things that did not solve the problem . They even sent a tech out , now its worse than before . I really hate I purchased it !!!!!!

My partner bought one of these tv's and I just loved his,so I got mine from shop Samsung app. I love how you can talk to the tv to change the channel and the app are so easy to access love how fast it is when online. Just wish it came with a pedestal stand and not just legs, but thank God best buy sells them
