The product was shipped to our home. Once we opened the box - we were watching the incredible picture in 20 minutes. Including network setup, integrated with Alexa, local programing of TV stations. Once it was up, we realized how much better and brighter the picture was that our previous TV. Another bonus we ran across was all the Samsung stations as part of the programming - just amazing. Looking forward to years of viewing.

First thing, the image of people's face is so clear and then navegate is easy and fast from movies to games then back to live tv, thats what I like most of all. one thing is missing a bigger and great sound, thats all I need . Thanks..!!!

TV quality is great, but disappointed with the remote yet again. This is my 4th Samsung in our home and yet again the remote stops working ans I need to remove the a batteries and install to get it to work. This will be the last Samsung purchase for me and my family. I’ve 3 curves tv and all of them have remote issues.
