i purchased the 50" tv black friday and i also purchased insurance. within a year, half of the screen went black. the insurance service provided a new screen replacement. it has not been 2 years now and the screen is going bblack again.

its wonderful so far i just wish i could find a longer desk arm for it so i can move it more the sound is awesome with my hearing problems where i failed 3 hearing tests!

boughtbon black friday, broke within a week. then the replacement just stopped working, black screen and screeching. tried putting in request and it says there is already an open request which is blocking my request. tried online, it said to call, which said they would text me. still waiting. should i give you my fax number? will never buy a samsung product again.

when i was able to watch tv it was a beautiful picture. unfortunately the tv crashed or jus wouldn't get going on a daily basis, wish it had worked better. got tired of fighting with it an sold it at a reduced price didnt even have it 6 months so very disappointed not very dependable.

bought this tv in december. bottom 3-4inches of the screen arent working. picture doesnt cone through right and flickers. contacted samsung support and they are sending an outside repair service that doesnt have an estimated time frane for repair.
