this was a fantastic tv for a year. right after the 1 year warranty was up, the picture is bleached out. still has a picture but it's mostly white. i have had nothing but good experiences with samsung tvs up until this one. would not recommend this model! and based on my research, this is a very common problem that i with samsung would step up and address.

when i purchased this tv it was at a very reasonable price and my other tv had died . i got this home and hooked it up and even easy to hook to my alexa as well. the picture is great and better hook up to my sound bar too . i didnt even realize the tv was a 2 yr old version but i am very happy with it and would recommend this to a friend
