i use samsung galaxy note 9 i like the products of samsung galaxy i find that my notes are as good as my ipad and laptop i have never had a problems with it and i use it as a large device.. and i started using the note 3 and now i have a note 9 and my son have the note 20 and now i am getting ready to get the notes 20 because i like the features that it have.

unfortunately i would really like to give this tv a good review, however it has turned into a giant challenge and a waste of time to deal with. i have received two of these tvs and both were defective. the first the main board went out within 30 days, the second was defective out of the box with a dim panel in the picture of the tv. so i am now waiting on my 3rd tv within the span of 60 days. because this tv is mounted and is so heavy i have to hire someone each time to take it off the wall have them exchange and then hire someone again to put it back on the wall. neither samsung or costco has been helpful in really solving this issue. if i hadnt built a custom cabinet for this tv, i would switch to a different television.

I don't have any experience with this product because my children and I are in a homeless shelter. Although I'm sure my children would love to experience this product because it is kid friendly. My children would be able to download apps such as Disney and nick junior, among many others. Samsung has many great products and I'm sure although we haven't experienced this product as of yet. We most definitely would enjoy this Samsung product.
