this oven has been preheating poorly but i thought i was just imagining things. sadly, today, thanksgiving, the oven has decided to not preheat at all. i have to use the broiler to bring it up to temperature and if i open the oven door the temperature drops 20 degrees and i have to turn the broiler back on to bring the temperature back up. this is my second disappointing samsung appliance and i don't think i'll be buying any more of them.

very disappointed grating that holds pots on top of stove rusted and little rubber feet fall out causing scratches on stainless steel stove top. black grating that hols pots ' rusted " is this a hazardous condition".

item 1095862 model nx58h9500ws got this item on 12/16/2019 from cos*co. the bigger burner stopped working within 3. i have contacted cs on 4/18/2020 and replaced the ignitor. from 9/20/21-- same issue started again. one of the worst product in my life. if samsung honor and replace the item that will be great. other wise it's waste of money.

the actual stove itself is not bad, my main irk is with the knobs. luckily when i bought the range i bough the extended warranty, i have had to replace all the knobs about 4 times. when the warranty ran out and i had to pay to replace the knobs i discovered that they are over $100.00 each. that's per knob not for a set of 6, to replace all the broken knobs for the 5th time would be over $600.00. when i reached out to samsung customer service i was basically told too bad, they did offer to do expedited shipping for no additional charge. i have recently replaced the range and will never buy another samsung product again, they have forever lost my business.
