the top on this oven will scratch with bread crumbs. it's a beautiful range, but this one flaw makes it a horrible investment. we clean the top almost after every use - look at the picture. samsung engineers are not very smart if they can't create a more durable top.

so we have had our range for sometime and the black laminate is peeling near the gas control knobs. di you have replacement panels? we paid good money and was told its a great product.

Problems from the very first time I use the self clean after. Samsung techs recommended using Easy Off and not run self clean. Samsung does not stand behind their product and can’t fix and hasn’t offered to replace.
