J'ai acheté cet appareil en juin 2017 et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne plus. le congélateur congèle bien mais le réfrigérateur est à 60 degrés F. Un technicien est venu moins d'un an après l'achat, il nous a dit de débrancher pendant 24hrs et rebrancher et que tout allait fonctionné, mais ceci à fonctionner quelques fois mais maintenant rien de marche. je suis très déçu de mon appareil....

Purchased new Maytag appliances as part of a kitchen renovation and the refrigerator fits in well with everything else. Received the unit with a scratch on the meat tray and, after discussing with Maytag support, a new tray was immediately sent to us. One minor observation is that the hinge at the top of the freezer is bare and does not come with a decorative cover - apparently this is not an option.

My Myatag Fridge's bulb has fused. I do not see any specifications about the Bulb which an owner may buy to replace it. Nor is there any link provided by Maytag of a video clip how to pull out a fused bulb and replace it. This is very disappointing in today's world when all consumer electronics appliances' companies post the DIY videos for the ease of their valued as well as potential customers. Is there any Maytag executive listening?

Very nice looking fridge from the exterior although I have two issues that could be improved. Every time I bend down to take something out, I bump my head on the freezer door which juts out just a little too far for my liking. It would be beneficial if this freezer door could be a little more recessed. I saw reviews pertaining to how loud this fridge motor/compressor is. Although I don't find it loud, it does give off a very low level annoying humming/buzzing sound. But that is something I will get used to I suppose. Overall, I am very pleased with how cold the freezer remains and how cool the fridge compartment stays. I like my Maytag even though not as well made as fridges in the past. I feel the plastic parts my wear down or break within a few years.
