after a bunch of years my beloved fridge works amazingly, how ever the ice maker jams up almost everytime it makes ice and is very annoying.....

don't waste your money and time on this junk refrigerator quit working after 1 year and samsung was no help either spend 2000$ on a fridge and then spend 500$ more on it later still not fixed what a piece of junk. i wish there was a way to not even give it a 1 star.

i've had it five years now and my ice makers quit making ice. i have changed the filter regularly, made sure icemaker was on,that the freezer was cold enough, i've reset it, it was just cleaned

already needed two services since we bought this feb 2020. unit hasnt cooled since apr 17. they couldnt service it until apr 23. now we must wait for parts & another service they havent scheduled yet.

1st day: wont make ice cubes, sprays water inside the freezer, froze the door and the ice chute closed. wont dispense ice, instead a cup of water sprayed all over me. samsung closes at 3pm in ca.
